South West Federation of Sea Anglers
Promoting and Supporting Sea Angling in the South West
The latest advice in this lockdown situation has been broadly publicised.
Although we are allowed to fish under severe restrictions, the Federation is not accepting Specimen claims for FOTM or Major Awards.
We are proposing, to recognise any fine fish that are caught whilst our members are fishing locally to where they live. We ask that these are sent in to be recorded and will qualify for a certificate.
There are no new rules or changes in specimen weights for the coming season.
Subscriptions have stayed the same again this year.
As previously stated, our Treasurer Sadly passed away in the autumn and we passed on our condolences to Pauline's family on behalf of all in the SWFSA.
We have found a person who is prepared to take up this role. This will need to be ratified at the AGM but we do not see any issues with this. The affiliation forms have been emailed out to current members.
If any clubs or individuals are interested in joining the Federation then you can find application forms in the links below
